Does Rob offer chartered fishing trips or guided hunts?

Rob is unable to offer fishing or hunting trips at this time. As much as he would love to take everyone that is interested on an adventure, his filming and family life simply don't allow it.

Can Robert or Sarah send a special message to my loved one?

We are not able to send out special messages such as birthday or anniversary wishes at this time.

How do I invite the Arrington's to Hunt or Fish with me?

Robert and Sarah love receiving fan invites! Please send an email with all important details (location, season, specie, licensing information, accommodations, etc) to support@deermeatfordinner.com for consideration.

Do you have a list of trusted Captains or Guides?

Rob receives messages every day asking who he recommends or where his favorite spots are to fish and hunt. We are working on compiling this information and will add it to the site once we have a comprehensive list put together.

You can also go to DMFD on YouTube, search the channel for past shows featuring the location and read the show descriptions. Most of the time, the information you're looking for has already been shared there and will certainly be called out in the show.

What gear do you recommend?

Our trusted partners are listed on our "Partners" tab. Because so many things for hunting and fishing are person, adventure location and specie targeted specific, we will always recommend our partner brands with talking to brand experts in your area to find the best gear for you or the person you're buying for.

HOW CAN I SEND A GIFT to the arrington's?

We very much appreciate the sentiment but do not have a PO Box for gifting.

How soon can I expect my order to ship?

Each items sold is made to order. Please plan for your order to ship in 5-7 business days from the date it was processed.

How Can I Choose The Right Size For Me?

All apparel is made of a very soft and comfortable tri-blend fabric. This fabric is a softer fit and not a standard 100% cotton, more "boxy" fit. Please review the size chart and consider sizing up one if you are on the fence between sizes.

The Size Guide is conveniently available on the page of each product for your review.

Can I update sizes or shipping information once my order is placed?

Once an order is received, there is a very small window to update before it goes to production. Please send an email as soon as possible to customerservice@ninelineapparel.com to inquire about a size or shipping update. Once it is produced or shipped, it cannot be changed.

What is your Return and exchange policy?

All sales are final and returns are not accepted. We do offer exchanges within 30 days of the original order date, as long as the product is in new and unused condition.

To initiate an exchange, contact customerservice@ninelineapparel.com and they will make sure you're exchange is taken care of.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are able to ship most items internationally!

How Long Does An International Order Take To Arrive?

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.
